2. Citizen of what country
3. Role in conference
   1. Author of a paper
   2. Keynote, Industry Forum speaker, workshop
   3. Attendee
4. If you are an author please list the title(s) of the paper(s) you will be presenting.
5. If you are a speaker please provide the title of your presentation
6. You must complete the registration process and pay fees before requesting a visa letter.

Send this information in an email to condry@ieee.org and we will provide you with a suitable signed visa invitation letter in PDF format.  Some countries wish to know additional information such as travel dates to and from the conference, if that is your experience please provide that as well.
